Mindfulness in Nature (Members Only)
February 22nd , 11:00am – 12:30pm

Join us for a winter mindfulness workshop shaped by the quiet, restorative energy of the season. Led by Lydia Hilton, LMSW and mindfulness instructor, the workshop will be held primarily indoors in Green-Wood’s cozy Modern Chapel, with brief, optional outdoor moments. It’s a chance to slow down, turn inward, and explore themes of stillness, rest, and introspection.
Mindfulness—the practice of paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment—helps reduce stress, build emotional resilience, and deepen our sense of connection.
Price: $15 for members, $20 for non-member guests

(see details below)
Drawing on winter’s calmer rhythms, participants will engage in gentle breathwork and meditation to quiet the mind and awaken the senses. Mindful movement and activities will ground and connect us to the season.
Whether you’re new to mindfulness or returning to it, this workshop is a chance to be present and be in relationship with the natural world right here at Green-Wood!
